電熔氧化鋁（白剛玉）產品用途介紹

白剛玉以氧化鋁為原料經高溫電熔冶煉而成，顏色呈白色，硬度略高於棕剛玉，韌性稍低，用其製成的磨具適用於磨削高碳鋼、高速鋼及不銹鋼、細細微性磨料還可用於精密鑄造及高級耐火材料等。

其熔點為2200攝氏度，莫氏硬度為9，氧化鋁純度通常不低於99.5%，HS編碼為281810.

我公司通常可提供的產品型號從超細微粉0.5微米，至最大顆粒25MM,其中的各種型號均可根據需要提供。

產品廣泛用於工業，化工，五金，美容，製藥，陶瓷，耐材等諸多行業。

Application

White aluminium oxide, it is also named white fused alumina, white fused AL2O3, white AL2O3, white corundum, WFA.

With AL2O3 purity 99.5%min, it is a kind of common artificial abrasive material, it has very high hardness, stable chemical characteristics, high melting point. It is used for many different purpose of industry:

1.     Sand blasting media. The powder and grains are often used for blasting on steel, high speed steel, high carbon steel, stainless steel, to deal with the surface to fit for different requirement.

2.     Polishing and grinding. The powder and micro powder are often used for polishing, grinding to make the object surface smooth like a mirror.

3.     Refractory. As it has very high temperature resistance, it is used to make goods for working under high temperature circumstances.

4.     Insulting ceramics. It is widely used for many different kinds of circuit board, switches, some components in precise instruments.

5.     Anti erosion. It has super chemical stability, so, it is used for acid-base protect.

6.     Decoration. With white color, It is also used for artistic decoration, household decoration.

7.     Abrasive. Making abrasive wheel, disc, belt, cloth, grinding stones.
