It is offered in macro and micro powder form, in both P and FEPA grades.
It has brown color, gray color, coffee color, dark brown color, these different color is normally in fact. With high hardness (Mohs hardness: 9.0), high melting point (2200 degree centigrade), it has very stable chemical characteristic, high temperature resistance characteristic and super abrasion advantage.
The powder and grit are widely used for making abrasive such as grinding wheel, cutting discs, cut off wheel, sand stones, sanding belt, abrasive cloth. It is also widely used for different grade media, blasting media on stones, iron, wood and different metals for surface treatment. For other usage, it is also commonly seen, such as for refractory media, abrasion additive, for making road, airway, ship decks, hardware instrument etc.
