The difference of color in different grains and powder about abrasive media

The grains' color has so much difference with micro powder!

It's a very commonly question in our cooperators. After receiving this, we tell them calmly: "Yes, it really has much difference."

For example, the color of brown fused aluminium oxide grit F10 often shows brown , coffee, dark brown, red brown color. But the color of brown fused aluminium oxide micro powder F500 often shows gray, white gray, red gray, light brown in fact.

This phenomenon is normally, the purity of AL2O3 is almost same with 95%, the micro powder has light color only because of light affect.

Besides brown fused aluminium oxide, white fused aluminium oxide, black silicon carbide, green silicon carbide are also the same on color. White fused aluminium oxide grains seems like crystal white, micro powder seems cotton white powder. Black silicon carbide grains seems cdrystal black, micro powder seems gray and dard. Green silicon carbide grits seems crystal green, micro powder seems gray and light green.

So, it is not necessary to worry about the quality for different color between grits and micro powder!
